Director of Coaching & Athlete Development
Running Backs + Athletic Development
For Alexander, athletics have always been about more than competition — they are where young people learn to work, lead, respond to adversity, and discover what they are capable of achieving.
A standout multi-sport athlete at Eastern Regional High School, Alexander earned two-time All-Conference honors as a running back and was named a Super 100 All-State football player. He was also a member of Eastern Regional's Group State Champion 4×400m relay team.
Alexander's success earned him a full football scholarship to the University of Maine, where he competed as an NCAA Division I athlete — gaining firsthand experience with the preparation, discipline, accountability, and resilience required to perform at the highest level.
With 12 seasons of youth flag football coaching experience, Alexander brings elite-level knowledge and a deep commitment to athlete development to every session.

Leadership + Athlete Development
Athletics have shaped Paul's approach to leadership for more than three decades — and ultimately inspired him to create Commit Training.
A former NCAA Division I football player at James Madison University, Paul walked on, earned a scholarship by sophomore year, and was named team captain as a senior — earning recognition as an NSCA All-American in 1995. His journey proved that preparation, discipline, resilience, and accountability matter more than talent alone.
Paul carried those lessons into 25+ seasons coaching NFL Flag Football, two seasons with the YSC Blitz travel flag program, and three seasons as Offensive Coordinator for the Wayne Wildcats. Working directly with young athletes showed him the profound impact the right coach can have — not just on performance, but on confidence, work ethic, decision-making, and belief in what they can become.
Those experiences became the foundation for Commit Training — built to give young athletes access to exceptional coaching that develops more than athletic ability, in an environment where they build physical endurance, mental strength, and the leadership skills that serve them far beyond the field.
Off the field, Paul brings 15+ years of executive leadership across pharmaceutical and biotech industries — building teams from the ground up, leading organizations through rapid growth, and founding PH Consulting to advise on commercialization, business development, and go-to-market strategy.
His philosophy has never changed: great teams do not happen by accident. They are built through strong leadership, clear expectations, preparation, trust, accountability, and a commitment to getting better every day.

"The coaches push you but they also believe in you. Every practice feels like it matters. I've never been part of something like this before."
Athlete — Age 14
"What impressed me most is how intentional every session is. Nothing feels like filler. My kids come home talking about what they learned, not just what they did."
